Campbell, Bradley
     Brad Campbell is a native of Athens, Alabama and attended the University of Alabama for four years.  He began his career as a videographer in the Birmingham area in 1997 and joined Tyler Eaton in 2002.  As Director of Video and Trial Presentation, Brad manages the Tyler Eaton videography team, coordinating the filming and production of all video depositions and trial presentation services for the firm. 
     His experiences are extensive, including videoing cases in the fields of discrimination (age, race and sex), mining safety and health, medical malpractice, products liability, securities fraud (stockholders’ derivative actions) and toxic torts. Brad has extensive knowledge in the field of trial presentation, case management software and database utilities and has had the opportunity to work with many national law firms and serve their needs in these areas.

Crane, Sonya J.
     Sonya Crane is a 1994 graduate of Birmingham College of Court Reporting.  She is a Registered Professional Reporter with the National Court Reporters Association and a Certified Court Reporter with the Alabama Court Reporters Association. 
     Sonya joined the firm in January of 2003, bringing with her an extensive background in reporting various aspects of law, with a special emphasis in mining disputes and products liability.  Since joining the firm, she has specialized in daily copy production of trial and deposition transcripts.

Davis, Teresa Turquitt
     Teresa Turquitt Davis is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and began her court reporting career in 1993, upon graduation with merit from Prince Institute of Professional Studies in Montgomery, Alabama.  Teresa is a Registered Professional Reporter and Certified Court Reporter, certified in both Alabama and Georgia.  Teresa is a member of the National Court Reporters Association, Alabama Court Reporters Association and is also listed with the Georgia Board of Court Reporting.

Eaton, Donald R.
     Don Eaton attended Arlington State University and served in the U.S. Army for two years, followed by ten years in customer service with Braniff International Airways. He began his career in court reporting in 1968 and became a founding member of the firm in 1974. His experience and expertise is in product liability, medical malpractice, labor relations, arbitrations, and discrimination litigation.
     Don is a Registered Professional Reporter, certified by the National Court Reporting Association, and a Certified Court Reporter of the Alabama Court Reporters Association.

Gordon, Dana M.
     Dana graduated from Gadsden State Junior College in 1994 and is a Certified Court Reporter and a member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association.

Hoff, Kimberly T.
     Kimberly Hoff, a former construction litigation secretary, is a 1994 graduate of Birmingham College of Court Reporting.  Kim is a member in good standing with the National Court Reporters Association, having attained both the Registered Professional Reporter and Registered Merit Reporter certifications.  She is an active member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association with a Certified Court Reporter designation.  She has extensive knowledge of Livenote and has attained the rank of a Certified Livenote Reporter.
     Kim joined the firm in November of 2002.  She came with extensive experience reporting in various aspects of law, including products liability, insurance fraud, discrimination, construction, utilities and contract disputes.  Since joining the firm, she has enjoyed reporting securities fraud cases, arbitrations and producing daily copy trial transcripts on a variety of subjects.

Lewis, Sabrina
     Sabrina is a native of Chicago and moved to the Birmingham area in 2002.  Sabrina holds the designations of Registered Professional Reporter, Registered Merit Reporter and Registered Diplomate Reporter.  She graduated from MacCormac Junior College in Chicago, Illinois in 1978 with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Court Reporting and is a member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Alabama Court Reporters Association.  She holds certifications in Ilinois and in Alabama as a Certified Court Reporter. 
     Sabrina’s previous experience includes employment as an Illinois official court reporter and as a freelance court reporter in the federal courts in Illinois and Alabama.  She has reported in a variety of venues, including arbitrations, conferences, mediations, governmental agency hearings, depositions and trials.  Serving as a mentor for court reporting students, Sabrina has provided pro bono court reporting services for indigents in Illinois and Alabama and CART services for the hearing-impaired.     

Lovin, Stacy L.
     Stacy Lovin graduated from Prince Institute of Professional Studies in Montgomery, Alabama and began reporting with Tyler Eaton in 2001.  She is a Certified Court Reporter and a member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association and the National Court Reporters Association.

Lowery, Michael L.
     Michael Lowery lives in Gadsden, Alabama.  He began his court reporting career in 1984 with Tyler Eaton after graduating from Gadsden State Junior College School of Court Reporting.   He is a Certified Court Reporter and a member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association.

Lowery, Gail C.
     Gail Lowery lives in Gadsden, Alabama.  She began her court reporting career in 1984 with Tyler Eaton after attending Gadsden State Junior College School of Court Reporting.  She is a Certified Court Reporter and a member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association.

Morgan, Gary N.
     Gary Morgan attended Texas Tech University and Southwest Business College for four years before beginning his court reporting career in May of 1974. Gary came to the firm in May of 1975 and has been a partner and shareholder since 1978. His experiences are extensive, including reporting cases in the fields of antitrust, discrimination (age, race and sex), mining safety & health, medical malpractice, products liability, securities fraud (stockholders’ derivative actions) and toxic torts.
     Gary is a Registered Professional Reporter, has a Certificate of Proficiency and is an Alabama Certified Court Reporter. He is also a member of the National Court Reporters Association and Alabama Court Reporters Association.

Nichols, Laura H.
     Laura Nichols joined the firm in 1977 and has been a partner and shareholder since 1987. Her expertise includes an extensive background in reporting cases involving securities fraud, medical malpractice, environmental torts, product liability, contracts, labor relations and discrimination litigation. Realtime and realtime internet depositions are areas of reporting in which she specializes.
     Laura is a Registered Professional Reporter, Certified Realtime Reporter, Certified Manager of Reporting Services, Certified Livenote Reporter, and a member of the National Court Reporters Association.  She is also a Certified Court Reporter and a member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association.  She was appointed to serve on the Alabama Board of Court Reporting, a state board newly enacted to insure quality of court reporting in Alabama.  Laura is a frequent speaker at continuing education events and serves as a mentor to reporting students through NCRA.

Pickett, Eleanor S.
     Eleanor “Ellie” Smith Pickett is a native of Hopkinsville, Kentucky.  She attended Hopkinsville Community College in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky where she received an Associate’s Degree before beginning Gadsden State Community College in 1983.  After graduating from Gadsden State Community College in 1985 with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Court Reporting, she began working at the firm of Tyler, Tribble, Eaton & Morgan now known as Tyler, Eaton, Morgan, Nichols & Pritchett. 
     Ellie is a Certified Court Reporter and a member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association.  Her experience includes Alabama Public Service Commission hearings, trial testimony, arbitrations, medical malpractice, products liability, stockholders meetings and discrimination litigation.

Pritchett, Gail B.
     Gail is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from Gadsden State Junior College in 1981 Magna Cum Laude with an Applied Science Degree in Court Reporting. In 1981 Gail joined the firm of Tyler Eaton and became a partner/shareholder in the firm in 1991. She has experience in many fields of reporting, including medical malpractice, product liability, securities fraud and discrimination, and also provides realtime services.
     Gail is a Certified Court Reporter, Registered Professional Reporter and Certified Realtime Reporter and a member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Alabama Court Reporters Association.

Roberson, Teresa B.
     Teresa Roberson is a 1983 graduate of Gadsden State Junior College with an Associate's Degree in Court Reporting.  She worked nine years as a freelance reporter and has been employed since 1992 as a federal reporter in the U.S. District Court in Birmingham.  Teresa is a member of the U.S. Court Reporters Association and National Court Reporters Association.  She holds the Registered Merit Reporter designation.  Her experience includes realtime reporting in a broad spectrum of cases.

Spence, Michelle G.
     Michelle Spence is a graduate of Gadsden State Community College with an Associate's Degree in Court Reporting and began reporting with Tyler Eaton in 1998.  Her specialization is in the field of real-time captioning for the hearing-impaired in the classroom setting.  Michelle is a Registered Professional Reporter and a member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Alabama Court Reporters Association.

Spier, Heather Pearson
     Heather Spier lives in Huntsville, Alabama.  She received her AAS degree from Prince Institute of Professional Studies in Montgomery, Alabama.  Upon graduation she joined Tyler Eaton and has been reporting since 2000.  Heather is a Certified Court Reporter and member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association.

Treadaway, Susan B.
     Susan began her court reporting career with Tyler Eaton in 1984 after attending Gadsden State Junior College.  She is a Certified Court Reporter and a member of the Alabama Court Reporters Association.
