Rough Draft Uncertified Transcript Files can be provided to you in an uncertified (not edited for mistranslates or punctuation, and not proofread) rough draft ASCII, PDF or Etran format by email, CD, or by disk.  This will enable you to immediately go back to your office, download the file on your computer, and have a rough draft of the deposition with which to work. This electronic transcript will not contain accurate page and line numbers, which you will receive in the final certified transcript.

E-Mailed Transcripts
Don't want to wait for your transcript in the mail? Request your transcript by e-mail and you will receive an identical copy of the certified transcript in ASCII, PDF or Etran format. Etran has a hyperlinked word index, containing powerful encryption, virus and password protection. You may also perform printing functions without the need for special software. Your final certified copy will follow.

Internet Deposition Broadcasting
Tyler Eaton provides you with the ability to attend a deposition realtime through your internet connection. You can be present at a deposition without leaving your office, home or anywhere you have internet access.

Realtime Transcription provides you instant access to proceedings, enabling you to prepare for future testimony, e-mailing testimony to your litigation team, or viewing the proceedings as they occur. Realtime is also used to accommodate people with disabilities or language barriers.
