Transcript/Exhibit Archive

Cases for which Tyler Eaton reports multiple depositions are archived via our website. Tyler Eaton’s Transcript & Exhibit Archive will enable your firm to prepare for cases 24 hours a day, wherever you are. Your firm will have a secure online document archive containing exhibits, transcripts and other case-specific documents.

A password for your firm is necessary to log into this archive. To obtain your password, email archive@tylereaton.com or place a call to Tyler Eaton (800.458.6031).  Then log onto our website, enter your password, and you will have a complete list of transcripts taken, in ETranscript format with linked exhibits, ready to download for offline reading, printing or emailing to co-counsel or expert witnesses.  Other case-specific documents such as exhibit images, exhibit indices, dii exhibit load files and errata sheets may also be archived and available online.

This is available to clients that have previously ordered a copy of the transcript they are accessing. However, if someone from your firm accesses a transcript that has not been ordered by your firm, by viewing or downloading that transcript through our archive, you are agreeing to pay Tyler Eaton for that transcript.
